Small fruit-berry tarts

Servings4 Servings

There are so many different berries and fruits in stores, which we eat both fresh and by preparing great and delicious treats!

Ingredients for the Base
 1 Egg
 180 g Skimmed milk curd
 90 g Wheat flour
10 g Coconut oil (or butter)
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Sweetener, vanillin
Ingredients for filling
500 g Fruits and berries (I have 3 large dark plums, 1 small pear, 1/2 apple and 85 g raspberries)
 50 g Water
 20 g Corn starch
 Sweetener, vanillin
Directions
1

Blend the egg with cottage cheese, add sweetener, oil, and flour and mix the dough.

2

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. With your hands (or using small molds with a diameter of 8 cm), form round buns, forming the edges. Prick the bottom with a fork.

3

Place crumpled baking paper in the molds and sprinkle beans or any other cereal on top (so that the bottom of the tart does not swell during baking)

4

Place in the oven at 180 °C for 25-30 minutes. Take out.

5

In the meantime, the cut fruits are stewed in a saucepan until they are soft.

6

Water mixed with starch and sweetener is added to the fruit and boiled until the mass thickens.

7

Cool the fruit mass slightly and arrange it into molds.

8

Place in the oven at 180 °C for another 5-7 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
