Mango yogurt cake without baking

For the base
 100 g Unsweetened cornflakes (or whole oat flakes)
 150 g Dates
 120 g Banana
 59 g Hazelnut
Ingredients for filling
 400 g Natural yogurt
 300 g Mango
 100 g Water
 20 g Gelatin
 Sweetener
 Turmeric (for color enhancement)
 Vanillin
Directions

Dates aplej with hot water. Cornflakes are chopped. The nuts are also finished.

Pour water on dates, blend. Add chopped cornflakes and nuts. Mix everything well and put the mass in the form, compress.

Peel the mango, cut it finer. Add yogurt, sweetener, vanilla, 50g of water and cover everything thoroughly.

Gelatin is dissolved in a hot water bath and added to the mango-yogurt mass.

The mass is poured on the base and the mold solidifies in the refrigerator.

Decorate to your liking.
