The best time for a delicious, refreshing and healthy ice cream.
Take the fruits out of the freezer and leave them at room temperature for 20 minutes so that they thaw a little (I cut them into small pieces before freezing).
Add yogurt, sweetener, vanillin and blend.
You can serve it right away, but I put it in the freezer again so it freezes a little again.
