Warm and very tasty breakfast buns if you want to treat yourself and your family.

Mix the dough ingredients and form two round-shaped buns with a well directly on the baking sheet or baking paper by hand.
Grate the egg, add the tuna (squeeze out any excess juice before adding), the sliced scallions, milk, salt and spices. Mix everything.
Place the mixture in the hollows of the buns and bake in the oven at 175 °C for about 30 minutes.
