Ingredients
 1 Wholegrain bun "Maiziņš" (Latvijas Maiznieks 2 x 30 g)
 1 Boiled egg
 56 g Canned tuna in its own juice
 100 g Natural yogurt
 15 g Scallions
 Salt, lemon pepper

Grate the boiled egg and cut the scallions.

Add the tuna (with almost all the liquid to mix better), the scallions, salt and pepper.

Mix it up, put it on buns and enjoy a delicious and healthy breakfast.
