Ingredients
 100 g Ripe persimmon
 60 g Wholegrain "Maiziņš"
 40 g Feta cheese
 8 g Caramelized walnuts
 5 g Liquid honey

Toast two buns.

Finely chop the persimmon and cheese. Mix the two.

Add 5 g of honey.

Divide the mixture into two parts and place on the buns. Top with caramelised walnuts and enjoy an incredibly delicious breakfast.
