It turns out that I have never had a recipe with beef liver. Let's start with liver stroganoff.

Cut the beef liver into small, long pieces and fry/sauté in an oiled and heated pan until all the water evaporates. Add water, lower the temperature and simmer.
When the liver is already half-cooked, add separately fried onion and garlic, thinly sliced carrots and pickled cucumbers.
When the liver becomes soft, add sour cream mixed with adjika, salt and pepper. Stir and heat for a few minutes. Add greens.
Add a spoonful of flour to the water, mix and add to the liver in a pan and boil.
