Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 70 g Egg white
 200 g Skimmed milk kefir 0,1%
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 180 g Bresto light or Mocarella Galbani cheese 18%
 100 g Flour (I use corn flour)
 35 g Scallions
 15 g Dill
 ½ tsp. Soda
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Garlic, salt
Directions

Grate the cheese, cut the greens.

Add the eggs, egg whites and kefir to the curd and mix.

Stir in the grated cheese, herbs, garlic, salt, spices and flour.

Place the dough in the tin and bake in the oven at 180 °C for ~30-40 minutes.
