Lentil Soup with Mushrooms and Coconut Milk

Ingredients
 2 l Water
 2 Cubes of vegetable or mushroom broth (may not be used)
 415 g Celery root
 160 g Red lentils (or couscous or rice)
 160 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 100 g Onion
 14 g Garlic
 80 g Greens (dill, parsley, green onions)
 1 Chilli pepper
 400 ml Coconut milk (18%)
Directions

Prepare the broth.

Chop the onion and garlic and fry in a teaspoon of oil.

Add vegetables (except greens), mushrooms, onions, chili peppers (if you don't like spicy food, remove the seeds), and fried onions and garlic to the pot and cook until almost done.

10 minutes before the end, add the lentils (if using rice, add it at the very beginning, before the vegetables).

Stir a little and add coconut milk.

Add the greens at the very end
