This recipe is for those who do not use eggs and dairy products - delicious waffles can also be baked without these products.

Fill the red lentils with water and leave for 10-12 hours.
Rinse the lentils and put them in a food processor along with all the other ingredients (except scallions and tomatoes) and whisk them into a homogeneous mass.
Cut the scallions, dry the sun-dried tomatoes from excess oil and chop them.
Add to the dough. Mix everything.
Turn on and preheat the waffle maker. Put a spoonful of dough in a waffle pan and bake for ~ 5-7 minutes. I got 6 small waffles.
