Cheese, curd, eggs and lavash. Simple ingredients, but the result is fantastic.

Fold the lavash in half and place it in a mould (if it is metal, grease it beforehand).
Place the eggs, egg white, curd, yoghurt, salt, and spices in a bowl and whisk everything until smooth.
Grate both cheeses, and cut the bell peppers and tomatoes.
Place the tomatoes, peppers and spinach on the lavash and pour over the egg-curd-yoghurt mixture.
Place the foil over the mould and bake in the oven at 180 °C for ~30-35 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes, until the surface is lightly browned and "tightened".
