Nothing is as easy and quick to prepare as stuffed lavash. This time with curd, pear and blue cheese.

Add 1 egg and the white of another egg (the yolk remains for spreading), sweetener and vanilla to the cottage cheese. Mix everything.
Cut the pear into small pieces and stir into the curd mass.
Put the mass on the lavash and smooth it out. Put Dor blue cheese cut into small pieces or grated on top.
Roll up the lavash, spread it with egg yolk and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
Bake at 175 °C for ~25 minutes.
