Lavash roll with apricots and raspberries

Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 1 Whole grain lavash
 500 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Natural yoghurt 7,5%
 350 g Apricots
 125 g Raspberries
 Sweetener
 Vanilla
 Cinnamon

Curd mixed with 1 egg and 1 egg white (1 yolk is put over grease), yogurt, vanilla, sweetener.

Cut the apricots into small pieces. Spread the cottage cheese mixture on the lavash and place the apricots and raspberries on top. Roll, brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with cinnamon and a little sugar.

Place in the oven at 175 °C for ~20-25 minutes.
