Peel the apples, cut into fine cubes, add cinnamon, syrup and mix.
Curd is blended with egg white and sweetener (leave the yolk for greasing).
Sprinkle the lavash with the curd mass, put apples on top.
Roll up, smear with egg yolk, sprinkle with poppies.
Put in the oven at 175 degrees for ~ 20 minutes.
