With a very simple and affordable product you can make a great sweet snack.

Lavash roses

Ingredients
 1 Lavash (120 g, fresh and "elastic" lava is definitely needed here, which cannot be rolled up)
 2 Apples
 120 g Skimmed cottage cheese (I use culinary cottage cheese "White", which is very homogeneous). If ordinary cottage cheese is used, add a small egg and blend into a homogeneous mass.)
 10 g Maple leaf syrup
 Sweetener
Directions

Cut the apple into thin slices.

Boil water with sweetener and cook apple slices for ~ 2 minutes (be careful not to break).

Apple slices Remove from the syrup water and place on a napkin to dry (carefully, hot!).

Lavash (I had a square, from Prima Food, 120 g) cut into 8 strips 6 cm wide.

Mix the cottage cheese with the syrup and smear each strip of lavash profusely.

Place the apple slices on top of the strip, fold the bottom.

Roll up the strip and place in cake tins.

Repeat with the other 7 strips. Place on a plate and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

Sprinkle with icing sugar.
