It doesn't take much time or complicated ingredients to make. One, two, and ready!

Cut the lavash first into long strips and then into narrow strips ~2-3 mm wide.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the egg whites, cottage cheese, salt and spices. Blend everything into a smooth mixture.
Add grated cheese, carrots, leeks and strips of chopped lavash to the egg and cottage cheese mixture.
Mix, pour into a baking tin and bake in the oven at 175 °C for ~35 minutes.
