One, two and - a delicious and healthy pie with mushrooms and cheese is ready!

Cut the lavash into narrow strips, 2-3 mm wide.
Cut the vegetables (except the greens) and fry/sauté them in 5 g of oil in a pan. Cool.
Whisk eggs in a bowl, add egg white, yoghurt, salt, spices and beat with a blender.
Grate the cheese and chop the herbs.
Add the cheese, fried vegetables and sliced lavash strips to the eggs.
Mix everything, place in a tin and bake in the oven at 175-180 °C for ~35 minutes.
