When you don't want to spend a lot of time cooking but still want something delicious - make this simple pie - it won't disappoint!

Lavash pie with peaches and currants

Ingredients (diameter 20 cm)
 4 Eggs
 ½ Whole grain lavash "Prima food" (60 g)
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Kefir 2%
 200 g Peaches
 150 g Currants
 8 g Vanilla sugar
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Sweetener (can be anything you like, including honey)
Directions

Cut the lavash into long strips ( ~ 3 cm) and then into thin strips ( ~ 1-2 mm).

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the cottage cheese, kefir, sweetener and baking powder and beat until smooth.

Cut the peach into small pieces. Remove the stems from the currants.

Stir the sliced peaches and currants into the egg-curd mixture.

Add the sliced lavash.

Mix everything, place in the baking tin and bake in the oven at 175 °C for ~40 minutes.
