If you like eggs, I recommend this pie. It's delicious and easy to make!

Lavash pie with eggs and scallions

Ingredients (diameter of the mould 28 cm)
 1 Wholegrain lavash "Prima food" (120 g)
 5 Boiled eggs
 2 Fresh eggs
 240 g Egg white
 300 g Natural yoghurt (I use Actifeel Greek style)
 150 g Scallions
 50 g 10% cheese
 Salt, pepper, crushed garlic, spices of your choice

Cut the lavash into strips ~2-3 mm wide.

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the egg whites and yoghurt and whisk everything together.

Cut the scallions and boiled eggs, grate the cheese. Add to the egg-yoghurt mixture, together with the lavash strips, and mix.

Place the mixture in the tin and bake in the oven at 175 °C for ~35-40 minutes.
