If you like eggs, I recommend this pie. It's delicious and easy to make!

Cut the lavash into strips ~2-3 mm wide.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the egg whites and yoghurt and whisk everything together.
Cut the scallions and boiled eggs, grate the cheese. Add to the egg-yoghurt mixture, together with the lavash strips, and mix.
Place the mixture in the tin and bake in the oven at 175 °C for ~35-40 minutes.
