Lavash pie with cumin cheese and scallions

Ingredients (tin diameter 20 cm)
 1 Lavash (190 g, with tomatoes) "Primaa food"
 3 Small eggs
 250 g Egg white
 170 g Skimmed milk curd
 150 g Cheese with cumin
 100 g Skimmed milk kefir
 50 g Scallions
 20 g Garlic
 15 g Dill
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Salt, pepper, spices of your choice

Cut the lavash into strips ~2-3 mm wide.

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the egg white, cottage cheese, salt, baking powder and spices and beat until smooth.

Add grated cheese and greens.

Add the sliced lavash strips. Mix everything.

Place in the tin and bake in the oven at 175 °C for ~35 minutes.
