I often use apples and pears in my sweet treats. This time, it’s a lavash pie with pears. It’s quick and easy to make, and it always turns out great!

Cut the lavash into long strips, then into narrow pieces about 3 cm wide.
Add the egg white and erythritol to the eggs and whisk until the mass increases significantly in volume.
Add the curd, high-intensity sweetener, and cornstarch, then blend everything thoroughly.
Cut the pears in half and slice them into small, thin slices.
Add the pears to the egg and curd mixture and stir them in.
Add the sliced lavash.
Mix all ingredients, pour the mixture into a baking tin and bake in the oven at 170–175 °C for approximately 40–50 minutes.
