Cut the lavash into long strips, then cut them into narrow strips about 3 cm wide.
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the egg whites, erythritol, and another sweetener (if necessary) and whisk until the mixture increases significantly in volume.

Cut the apples into small slices.
Mix apples and raspberries into the egg-curd mixture.
Add the sliced lavash.
Mix everything, place it in a baking tin, and bake it at ~175 °C for ~40 minutes.
