Lavash pie with apple is one of my most frequent treats because it's quick and easy to make and always turns out great!

Ingredients (mould diameter 30 cm)
 1 Wholegrain lavash ‘Prima food’ 120 g
 3 Eggs
 250 g Egg white
 600 g Apples
 500 g Skimmed milk curd
 60 g Erythritol
 16 g Vanilla sugar
 1 tsp. Baking powder
Sweetener (stevia, or other intense droplet sweetener)
Directions
1

Cut the lavash into long strips and then into narrow ~3 cm wide slices.

2

Add the egg white and erythritol to the eggs and whisk until the mass increases significantly in volume.

3

Add the cottage cheese and sweetener to the eggs and whisk until smooth.

4

Cut the apples into thin slices.

5

Stir the apples into the egg-curd mixture.

6

Add the sliced lavash.
