When I want something but don't really know what....this always works!
Grate the cheese. Add egg, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and herbs.
Cut the lavash in half.
Divide the filling in half. Put half of the filling on each pita bread. Fold, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Fry in a pan at a low temperature on both sides.
