Lavash pancake with cheese and greens

An easy, quick and delicious breakfast meal. Although - why only in the morning? It is also great for lunch and dinner.

Ingredients (pan diameter 28 cm)
 1 Egg
 100 g Cheese 10%
 60 g Lavash (1/2 of Prima food whole wheat lavash. Or you can use 1 medium-sized tortilla)
 15 g Greens
 10 g Mayonnaise "Hellmans Lighter" 3%
 Salt, pepper, dried garlic (or other spices of your choice)

Beat 2 eggs in a bowl.

Grate the cheese and finely cut the lavash (I rolled it and cut it with scissors) and add it to the eggs. Mix everything.

Put the mass on a pan, spread over the entire pan, and bake. Or bake two separate small pancakes.

Top with tomato, Helmans Lighter mayonnaise and enjoy.
