Put the salmon in a frying pan, pour a little water, cover with a lid and steam until ready. Mince with a fork.
Boil 150 g of water and add the pearl barley. Boil for ~ 5-7 minutes. Remove from the stove, cover the pan with a lid and leave the pearl barley to "ripen".
Chop the onion and garlic and fry them in 5 g of oil.
Add chopped bell pepper, green peas, beans, broccoli, salt, and all spices to the onions and sauté.
Add pearl barley, herbs and chopped salmon. Mix everything, stew for a few minutes - it's done!
