Place the salmon in a pan with a lid, add a little water and steam until cooked. Flake the salmon with a fork.
Boil 150 g of water and add the pearl barley. Boil for ~ 5-7 minutes. Remove from the stove, cover the pan with a lid and leave the pearl barley to "ripen".
Chop the onion and garlic, and fry them in 5 g of oil.
Add chopped bell pepper, green peas, beans, broccoli, salt, and all spices to the onions and sauté.
Add the pearl barley, herbs, and chopped salmon. Mix everything, simmer for a few minutes, and it's ready!
