 800 g Frozen vegetables of your choice
 200 g Fresh salmon or trout
 180 g Processed cheese "Dzintars Baltija"
 90 g "Smart grains No. 1" (or any other cereals)

According to the instructions, boil one packet of "Smart grain".

Sauté salmon in a pan. Break it into small pieces with a fork.

Put the frozen vegetables in a deep frying pan and saute them. When they are almost ready, add the grains drained from the water, steamed salmon pieces, salt, spices of your choice, and cheese. Mix everything and cook for another 7 minutes.
