Ingredients
 1.50 l Water
 400 g Celery root
 400 g Broccoli
 200 g Cold smoked salmon
 170 g Cream cheese "Latgale light" with herbs
 50 g Greens (dill, parsley)
 45 g Spinach
 Salt, pepper, allspice, bay leaves, and other spices of your choice.
Directions

Pour water into the pot, add salt, pepper, bay leaves, spices and bring to a boil.

Add the celery root, cut into pieces, and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Add the salmon, cut into pieces, the vegetables and cook until the vegetables are soft.

Add the cream cheese, spinach and herbs. Bring to the boil. Ready! Enjoy!
