Delicious soup with salmon and my favorite vegetables - rutabaga and celery.
Pour water into the pot, add salt, pepper, bay leaves, spices and boil.
Steam the salmon in a pan and clean it from the skin and bones.
Grate the carrot, cut the pepper, onion and garlic. Chop the chilli pepper.
Fry onions and garlic in a pan with 20 g of oil (you can add a little water).
Cut the rutabaga and half the celery root. I grated the other half of the celery.

Cook until ready, add cheese at the end, boil again and add fresh greens.
