Salmon soup with vegetables and pumpkin

Ingredients
 1200 g Water
 400 g Frozen vegetables (Hortex mix carrots+peas) or 800 g any other fresh vegetables
 400 g Fresh pumpkin
 250 g Salmon (net weight)
 180 g Processed cheese "Dzintars light"
 30 g Greens (dill, parsley)
 Salt, pepper, allspice, bay leaves, and other spices of your choice.
Directions

Pour water into a pot and add salt, pepper, bay leaf, and other spices. Boil the water.

Add the sliced salmon and cook for ~10 minutes.

Add frozen vegetables, and sliced pumpkin. Cook everything for another ~ 15 minutes (until the pumpkin becomes soft).

Add the melted cheese, stir and bring to a boil. Add the greens. Ready!
