Pour water into a pot and add salt, pepper, bay leaf, and other spices. Boil the water.
Add the sliced salmon and cook for ~10 minutes.
Add frozen vegetables, and sliced pumpkin. Cook everything for another ~ 15 minutes (until the pumpkin becomes soft).
Add the melted cheese, stir and bring to a boil. Add the greens. Ready!
