Salmon steak with vegetables
In my opinion, a meal with a delicious fish can be prepared very easily and quickly.
4 Small eggs
200 g Salmon fillet (or trout or other fish of choice)
400 g Frozen vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
50 g Milk
20 g Fat cheese with a distinct taste (may not be present)
Salt, pepper, oregano, garlic (spices of your choice)
Put vegetables in a bowl (I smeared a little with oil), pieces of fish on top.
Pour over the egg-milk-spice mixture.
Put in the oven at ~ 200 degrees and bake for ~ 30 minutes.
