Very easy to make and very refreshing and delicious ice cream.

Ingredients

110 g Avocado

96 g Lime

40 g Peanut butter

¼ Lemon (35 g both juice and peel)

Sweetener

Fresh mint leaves

Directions

Blend all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass and place in the freezer.

Remove from the freezer ~15-20 minutes before serving and sprinkle with chocolate/nuts.
