Unbelievable, but a fact! Very, very tasty pancakes with only 3 ingredients and together with cream cheese and smoked trout - perfect!

Quinoa pancakes

Ingredients
 150 g Quinoa (white)
 65 g Carrot
 6 g Dill
 5 g Oil
 Salt (or sweetener for the sweet version)
 Spices of your choice (I add smoked paprika, coriander, hot paprika, curry, dried crushed garlic)
 230 g Water

Soak the quinoa for at least 3-4 hours.

Rinse the quinoa, add the water (230 g), salt and spices and blend everything with a blender to a smooth mass.

Grate the carrot on a fine grater, chop the dill and add to the dough.

Heat a frying pan (25 cm diameter for me), grease it minimally with oil and pour the batter into the pan. Using a spoon, gently smooth and fry on both sides at a medium temperature.
