Ingredients
 300 g Fresh pumpkin
 165 g Ripe and soft persimmons (half a persimmon)
 50 g Whole-grain couscous
 350 g Water
 50 g Berry sauce (currants + blueberries + sweetener)
 Sweetener of your choice

Peel the pumpkin, cut into small chunks and place in a saucepan with water.

Cook the pumpkin until almost ready, add the couscous, chopped hurma and sweetener of choice.

Cook, stirring, until tender. If desired, you can make a purée more homogeneous with a kitchen masher.
