I haven't had any salads with crab meat on my blog until now. Now there will be -:)

Crab meat salad with corn

Ingredients
 3 Boiled eggs
 285 g Canned corn (net weight)
 250 g Fresh cucumber
 250 g Jaunais kāposts (vai ķīnas kāposts)
 240 g Crab meat "VICI"
 55 g Onion or green onions
Ingredients for Sauce
 170 g Natural yogurt "Actifeel Greek style"
 15 g Grainy mustard "Well done"
 15 g Greens
 6 g Honey
 Salt, seasoning optional
Directions

Boil the eggs and separate the yolks.

Add the natural yoghurt, mustard, honey and herb salt to the egg yolks. Blend everything into a smooth sauce.

Place the chopped egg whites, crab meat, cucumber, canned corn and herbs in a bowl and mix with the "mayonnaise".
