It's time for delicious and juicy chicken fillet cutlets.

Grind all the ingredients, and add spices.
Form the cutlets with your hands – I used silicone moulds for some of the cutlets and baked them in the oven.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175-180 °C for ~35-40 minutes or in a pan at a low temperature.
