Ingredients
 1 l Water
 400 g Pumpkin
 350 g Cauliflower
 150 g Mushrooms (for me, frozen porcini mushrooms)
 180 g Processed cheese "Dzintars Baltija"
 60 g Onion
 20 g Spinach
 15 g Dill
 15 g Extra virgin olive oil
 10 g Garlic
 Spices of your choice (I also added turmeric and smoked paprika)

Put the sliced vegetables in a pot with water. Cook until ready. Keep an eye on the amount of water - you can discard it if you want it thicker, or add water if it seems too thick.
