Pumpkin-cheese puréed soup

Ingredients
 1300 g Water
 980 g Butternut squash
 350 g Cauliflower
 200 g Cumin cheese 10%
 180 g Processed cheese "Dzintars Baltija"
 50 g Spinach
 30 g Dill
 10 g Garlic
 Spices of your choice (I added turmeric and smoked paprika)
Directions

Place the cut pumpkin and garlic in a pot with water. Cook until half done. Add the cauliflower, cut into rosettes, and cook until all the vegetables are ready.

Add the cooked vegetables and the processed cheese, stir and cook again. Add the cut cumin cheese and the herbs and cook for another ~5 minutes.
