Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, chop the chilli and put it in a saucepan to cook with a vegetable broth cube.
Cut the chicken breast and chop the onion and garlic.
When the pumpkin is half cooked, add the chicken fillet, pearl barley, coconut milk, spices and herbs of your choice and simmer over a low heat.
