Perfect breakfast with pumpkin pancake and fish.

Grate the pumpkin and mix with the egg. Add flour, salt and spices of your choice.
Spread the mixture in a lightly oiled pan and fry on the lowest flame for ~10 minutes on one side.
Using a wide spatula, turn the pancake over and fry for ~5 minutes on the other side.
Spread the cream cheese over the finished pancake and place the lettuce and fish pieces on one side.

Fold the pancake in half and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
