Pumpkin bread

Ingredients
 1 Small egg
 400 g Flour (100 g whole wheat flour + 300 g wheat flour)
 200 g Fresh pumpkin
 100 g Milk 2%
 15 g Butter
 10 g Seed mix
 5 g Extra virgin olive oil
 4 g Dry yeast
 1 tsp. Salt
 Sweetener of your choice

Peel and cut the pumpkin into small pieces.

Place the pumpkin in a blender, add the milk, and blend until smooth. Add the egg, sweetener, salt, and all the spices, and mix again.

Add the sifted flour and dry yeast to the pumpkin mixture and knead the dough. Place the dough in a bowl, cover it with a towel, and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, roll out the dough, brush it with oil, sprinkle it with seeds and dried garlic, and cut it into squares or rectangles (depending on the tin shape). Place one square on top of the other and lay it crosswise in the tin. Brush it with oil and set it aside for another 20-30 minutes to rise slightly.

Bake in a preheated oven at ~175 °C for ~50-60 minutes until nicely browned.
