Pumpkin bread with seeds and walnuts. Delicious and healthy!

In a large bowl, sift the flour, salt, and baking powder. Add the pumpkin and mix thoroughly.
Add the yoghurt and milk, add the pumpkin seeds and walnuts, and mix. Knead the dough with your hands — it should be wet and sticky.
Preheat the oven to 175–180 °C. With wet hands, shape the dough into two round, flat loaves.
Bake for 35–40 minutes. Check for doneness with a wooden stick — if you insert it into the thickest part of the loaf and it comes out dry, it’s done!
Remove the loaf from the oven, brush it with butter and cover it with a tea towel. Leave it to cool gradually.
