Beat the eggs with water, add bran, flax seeds, psyllium, grated pumpkin, baking powder, salt, spices and set aside to rise for ~15 minutes.
Pour into a baking tin and bake in an oven preheated to ~175 °C for ~35-40 minutes.
Remove, cover with a towel and allow to cool for at least 1 hour.
