Great snack, great breakfast, great for on-the-go!

Whisk egg white with cottage cheese and kefir. Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater.
Add grated cheese, squeezed garlic, chopped chilli, scallions and flour. Mix everything.
Place the batter by the heaped spoonful in a preheated waffle pan greased with oil. Bake the waffles (or bake them in a regular pan under a lid at a very low temperature).
