Muffins from beans with pistachios and raisins
As usual, all kinds of delicacies are made in my kitchen on holidays. This time dumplings with pistachios and raisins. Of course, without flour and butter…
1 Egg whites (or 75 g egg white, or only 2 eggs)
240 g Canned white beans
50 g Skimmed milk curd
30 g Peeled pistachios (or walnuts)
20 g Raisins (or other dried fruits, berries)
1 tsp. Baking powder
Ingredients for Decorating
20 g Dark chocolate
15 g Pistachios
Eggs, egg whites, beans, cottage cheese, sweetener and baking powder are combined into a homogeneous mass.
Add chopped pistachios, raisins.
The mass is poured into silicone molds and baked ready at 175 degrees for ~ 25 minutes.
