Potato tart with minced veal

Ingredients for Tarte dough (shape 28 cm)
 1 Egg
 800 g Boiled potatoes (squeezed in porridge - without butter and milk!)
 50 g Flour (I use corn)
 Salt, pepper
Ingredients for filling
 300 g Minced veal
 250 g Mushrooms
 188 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 100 g Scallions
 100 g Cheese 10%
 40 g Cheese "Dorblu"
 60 g Onion
 15 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper, spices to your liking
Ingredients for the pouring
 4 Eggs
 200 g Cream cheese “Baltais”
 Salt, pepper
For smearing shapes
 3 g Oil

Minced meat is fried in a pan with onions and garlic. Cool.

Cut mushrooms and bell peppers - fry in a pan. Cool.

Mix minced meat with mushrooms. Add the green feather onion.

Add eggs, flour, salt, and spices to the mashed potatoes and knead the dough. Put the dough in an oil-smeared form and form a tart base with edges

Put the fried meat, mushrooms, and bell pepper on the base.

Beat eggs with cream cheese “Baltais”. Add salt, and spices and pour over the meat.

Put in the oven at 180 degrees for ~30-35 min.

When the tart is almost ready, take it out, sprinkle it with both kinds of cheese and return to the oven to melt the cheese.
