Potatoes, chanterelles, smoked chicken breast, and cheese—a great combo. Super tasty and filling!

Boil the potatoes. Cool them and mash.
Chop the mushrooms, onion, and chicken breast, and grate the carrot. Fry everything in a pan.
Add the eggs, flour, salt, and spices to the mashed potatoes and knead the dough. Place it in a greased baking tin and form the base for the tart with sides.
Place the filling on the base: fried meat with mushrooms, vegetables, cheese, and greens.
Beat the eggs with egg white and culinary curd "Baltais". Add greens, salt, spices and pour over the filling.
Bake in the oven at ~175 °C for ~40-45 minutes.
