Potatoes are firmly in 1st place in terms of satiety! So why not make a hearty pizza with them?

Potato-zucchini pizza with cheese and tomatoes

Ingredients for the Base
 2 Eggs
 360 g Potatoes (already peeled)
 323 g Zucchini
 114 g Onion
 40 g Flour (I put corn flour)
 15 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper
Ingredients For Top
 180 g Cheese 10% (or other lean cheese)
 120 g Pickled cucumbers
 100 g Cherry tomatoes
 40 g Sun-dried tomatoes
Ingredients for the base coating sauce
 30 g Adjika
 30 g Natural yogurt
Directions

Grate the zucchini and potatoes. Set aside to drain. Then, squeeze out the excess liquid.

Add finely chopped onion, garlic, 2 eggs, salt, pepper and spices. Mix and place the mixture on a tray, shaping the pizza base to your liking.

Place the base in the oven at 180 °C until browned ~30-35 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the pickled cucumber and tomatoes and grate the cheese.

Remove the pizza base from the oven and spread with the mixture of adzika and yoghurt.

Layer the pickled cucumbers and tomatoes on top and top with the cheese. Place back in the oven for ~15 minutes (until the cheese melts).
