Layered salad with avocado salmon and cucumber

Ingredients
 150 g Cucumber
 100 g Lightly salted salmon or trout
 100 g Ripe avocado
 50 g Cream cheese (man Philadelphia light)
 15 g Onion
 15 g Spinach
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 Lemon pepper, salt

Cover the finished avocado with lemon juice, spinach, cream cheese, spices.

Cut into finely chopped salted salmon and onions, mix with lemon pepper.

Put half of the avocado mass in the first round, mixed with onion salmon in the middle and avocado again on top.
