Layered lavash roulette

Ingredients
 1 Egg (egg yolk remains for roulette smearing, egg whites are added to the curd-cheese-egg mass)
 2 Boiled eggs
 1 Lavash (120g Prima Food, angular)
 170 g Skimmed milk curd
 120 g Cheese 10%
 50 g Greens (dill, parsley, onions)
 Salt, spices of your choice
 Seeds (for sprinkling)
Directions

Squeeze the cottage cheese, add one egg white, grated eggs and grated cheese.

Add chopped greens, spices and mix everything.

Spread half of the mass on 1/3 of the lavash, fold, put the rest of the mass, fold with the remaining edge of the lavash.

Smear with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with seeds.

Bake at 180 degrees for ~ 20 minutes.
